Our NRB Indicators provide an easy way to assess your salary competitiveness at organisational level by functions or by career levels as shown below
Each employee’s remuneration package is compared with the market pay rates. Thanks to our colour coding system (see table below) you will know in a blink of an eye if you are below (blue), around (white) or above (yellow) the market (see picture below). You can select different market levels and adjust accordingly to job and career levels. You can compare either for the annual base salary, the total guaranteed cash, the total cash or the total remuneration packages.
Individual Position Benchmarking is provided with the MyComp feature. You select a position and compare it with various job families, career levels and job positions for different market pay rates.
With the NRB Job Classification Structure, you can benchmark your salary structure and build a competitive salary structure.
