Benchmarking data for Total Remuneration Package and Reward Practices

The National Remuneration Barometer provides benchmarking data on various aspects of the remuneration package for each benchmark positions such as:

It also provides more detailed information on travelling and car allowances, performance bonuses and commission, health and retirement benefits and a wide range of reward policies and practices.

Survey Methodology

We collect compensation data directly from participating organisations, and our remuneration consultants carefully validate all data before entry into our database. You can use our data with confidence in both the source and survey methodology.

All data is collected on an incumbent basis using a modern input data tools so that you can download easily your data from your payroll. We also use the CAPFOR proven job mapping tool to ensure an accurate matching with the survey positions.

In this new edition we propose to link the remuneration survey with an engagement/happiness at work survey. In addition to provide insights on the level of engagement of staff it is an opportunity to assess how effective are remuneration policies to increase engagement/happiness levels.

Confidentiality and Security

We fully recognize the sensitivity of the survey data submitted to us and hold company and incumbent-level data in strictest confidence. Data submitted is not disclosed to third parties. All data received by CAPFOR is safeguarded in accordance with the highest professional standards and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Survey data is only published in aggregate form and is never displayed or released by CAPFOR in such a way that a participant’s pay levels, practices, or personally identifiable information could be determined.
